Methods A retrospective analysis of 10 patients with pathologically confirmed malignant lymphoma of the skull and the dura mater of treatment before and after CT and MRI image data. Results 5 cases CT examination showed the limitations of the skull and external soft tissue mass scan showed equal density, enhanced more obviously enhanced, 10 MRIT1WI on was so low signal, T2WI showed equal signals, 7 cases of enhanced lesions was significantly uniform enhancement, 3 cases showed heterogeneous enhancement, and 4 adjacent brain parenchyma see moderate edema, 10 cases were mild changes in the skull, CT on bone window level was slightly moth-eaten like change, skull shape is still intact, MRI on showed only the signal to reduce the limitations of the skull after radiotherapy .10 patients underwent chemotherapy and a number of CT and MRI review, have shown significantly reduced the scope of the soft tissue mass or disappeared. Conclusions CT, MRI examination of the skull and dura diagnosis of malignant lymphoma provide the basis and serve as radiotherapy and chemotherapy efficacy evaluation of the most effective means of inspection.
