So ICD implantation has become the control room has a very high mortality velocity and ventricular fibrillation important measures to improve the patient’s quality of life. now I am implantable cardioverter successful Division defibrillator implantation experience of 3 cases are summarized as follows: 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General information: patient 1, male 60 years old, dilated heart disease, cardiac function grade , pre-hospital cardiac syncope 2, confirmed after admission electrocardiogram of ventricular tachycardia. Patient 2, male 65 years old, suddenly at home, syncope loss of consciousness, limbs twitch chief complaint to hospital admission of frequent ventricular tachycardia, drug treatment is not ideal.
