Methods SP immunohistochemical staining in gastric eosinophilic granuloma microvessel density (MVD); HE staining eosinophils. Results The number of microvessel density ulcer (GU) and gastric eosinophilic granuloma in a significant difference; microvessel density group eosinophil counts (EC) higher than the low microvessel density count group; microvessel density and a positive correlation between eosinophils. In the largest ulcer diametergt; = 5 cm lesion in eosinophils than lt;5 cm lesions, ulcers, infiltration of serosa and / or surrounding tissue lesions eosinophil count higher than serosal invasion and those with high fibrosis eosinophil counts were significantly lower than the lower of fibrosis. Conclusion of eosinophils and in gastric eosinophilic granuloma is closely related to microvessel density, and ulcers and gastric eosinophilic granuloma lesions, and fibrosis has important relationships.
