In the current study, discussion on this issue exists in order to have control, analytical and logical cognitive process characterized by a tendency for the center that the cognitive function of human beings apart from animals is a clear purpose, in order to based on the concept of cognitive ability [1]. However, only from the abstract and explicit cognitive function, consciousness thinking to understand the perspective of human cognitive abilities and their development is incomplete, it should be from the general, historical, dialectical perspective of human cognitive function and its development. From the 20th century, 60 years since the phenomena of implicit cognition began to receive attention, the study 80 years from the 20th century became a hot research and constantly breakthroughs to purpose and logical, and explicit cognition for the study center situation, the increasing depth to reveal the characteristics of implicit cognitive processes and psychological mechanisms for a profound understanding of human cognitive ability to provide a new perspective.
