Methods Retrospective analysis of the method, 2003 In January ~ December 2007 47,212 cases of maternal hospital delivery were analyzed cases of cesarean section. The results showed a gradually increasing trend in cesarean section rate in 2003 was 45,146%, 47,199% in 2005; 2003 ~ 2005 by cesarean section produced as the first indication to dystocia, and social factors accounted for nearly two years first. Conclusion increased rate of cesarean section without medical indication is rising, thus enhancing the production of knowledge when the health campaign to encourage mothers vaginal delivery, indications of cesarean section correctly grasp the key is to reduce the cesarean section rate.
