Methods Hypersil C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase was methanol -0.04% phosphoric acid solution at 0 ~ 15 min within a seventy-eight past ten p.m. to 32:68, flow rate 1.0 ml * min-1, detection of wavelength of 254 nm, column temperature was at room temperature, using external standard method, determination of Swertia davidi Franch mangiferin content. The linear range of the results of mangiferin 0.27 ~ 2.70 μg, r = 0.999 7, recovery of 100.90%, RSD of 2.19%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, linear relationship was good, can be used for Swertia davidi Franch Determination of mangiferin. MethodsThe analysis was carried out on Hypersil C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was CH3OH  .04% phosphoric acid . The ratio of methanol and water increased from 22:78 to 32:68 in 15 min. The flow rate was 1.0ml * min  1, the detection wavelength was 254 nm, and the temperature was room temperature.ResultsThe linear range of arctiin was 0.27 ~ 2.70 μg and gave a correlation (r) of 0.999 7.The recovery was 100.90 and RSD was2.19%. ConclusionThe method is simple, fast and has a good linear relationship.It can be used for determining the content of mangiferin in Swertia davidi Franch.
