Implementation of the CRM-critical applications from the start
Currently the CRM is still in the initial stage - market education and training phase. Whether, like Oracle, Siebel, and Sap like ‘Silicon Valley of’ mature big CRM vendors (several billions of dollars in revenue and over), or as Lianchenghudong, Thebaud deep so that ‘Zhongguancun’ burgeoning of small enterprises ( products are playing the market) to China’s views on the status of CRM market is still the same. The initial stage of the most prominent features are: development of the market imbalance. On the one hand, large companies vision to move faster than the implementation of CRM projects, choice of implementing partners, and both are major players. On the other hand, has to account for total number of enterprises for 99% of SMEs CRM in-depth education and development of the market. This is China’s status quo.
CRM operations and work flow
