Randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 49 patients in each group. All by color Ultrasound diagnosis of DVT, of which 68 cases of left leg, right leg of 30 cases. Clinical manifestations: 98 patients had limb swelling, enlargement of the thigh than the healthy limb 3 ~ 10 cm, an average of 5.7 cm, enlarged leg 2 to 6 cm, an average of 3.5 cm (measured 10 cm under the knee as a standard); 84 patients with limb associated with pain; 42 cases of limb to the purple color changed by the flushing; 38 cases of limb varicose veins and pigmentation appeared. 1.2 Methods All patients utilized, are bed rest, Taigaohuanzhi, and 20 min by water immersion in calves after topical seaweed wrap and then covered with a change per hour. And urokinase thrombolysis, and to low molecular weight heparin (speed to avoid condensate) 0.4 mL subcutaneous injection every 12 h 1 for consecutive 7 d.
