Methods aged 60 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into 2 groups. Test group (30 cases) in the conventional western medicine on the basis of blood glucose increases nourishing blood with traditional Chinese medicine, the control group (30 cases) simply using western medicine, treatment, 1 month, 2 groups were observed before and after treatment of clinical symptoms, fasting glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, blood viscosity, nailfold microcirculation and platelet aggregation rate, D-dimer. Results test group of 11 cases markedly effective in 15 cases, 4 cases, the total effective rate was 86.7% in the control group markedly 2 cases, effective 12 cases in 16 cases, total effective rate was 46.7% .2 The total effective rate was significant difference (P lt;0.01). test group whole blood viscosity, platelet aggregation, D-dimer bodies were significantly decreased, a significant improvement in microcirculation. Conclusion Yiqiyangyin blood glucose Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine can be an overall improvement in elderly type 2 diabetic patients with clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators.
