How to improve efficacy, reduce side effects, and further improve the survival rate and improve the quality of life of patients is the focus of current research . our department from October 2001 to June 2007 using intravenous infusion of docetaxel and cisplatin intraperitoneal treatment of advanced epithelial ovarian cancer, and achieved good effect, are as follows. 1 Subjects and methods 1.1 Case October 2001 to June 2007 Bachelor advanced epithelial ovarian cancer were treated in 46 patients, aged 25 to 76 years with a median age of 50.2 years.
