Methods: 126 elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups, 63 cases, the treatment group 63 cases. In addition to conventional treatment group, while addition of isosorbide mononitrate tablets 20 ~ 40mg, 1 times / d, captopril tablets every 6.25 ~ 12.5mg, 3 times / d orally , 7d after the two groups to evaluate the clinical effect. Methods: 126 cases with chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups, 63 cases in the control group and 62 cases in the treatment group. For the cases in treatment group, isosorbide mononitrate tablets 20 ~ 40mg one time per day and captopril tablets 6.25 ~ 12.5mg 3 times per day were given, besides normal treatment.The clinical treatment effect was evaluated after 7 days for the cases of two groups.Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was 98.4%, and that of control group was 76.2%. There was a significant difference (P lt;0.05) between two groups.
