 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 2 Kirschner wire poking reconstructive therapy improved Mason Ⅱ type radial head fractures [Abstract] Objective To investigate the K-wire poking reconstructive therapy improved Mason Ⅱ type radial head fracture of clinical efficacy. Methods will be 24 cases of modified Mason Ⅱ type radial head fractures were randomly divided into treatment group (15 cases), the control group (9 cases), followed up regularly at 1,8,15,29 and 12 days to 24 months of follow-up , and follow the Broberg and Morrey elbow score standard score. Results In the first 29 days, the treatment group mean total score 84.87 ± 7.88, excellent rate of 73.33%; control group mean total score 71.78 ± 11.73, fine rate of 33.33%; by 16.63 ± 4.54 months of follow-up, fracture a good prognosis, without radial head necrosis as well as the occurrence of heterotopic ossification. Conclusion Kirschner wire poking other comprehensive conservative therapy improved Mason Ⅱ type radial head fracture of clinical significance.
