Methods implemented in our hospital in recent years, 316 cases of LC, including 17 patients in the arrhythmia occurs during pneumoperitoneum, its Causes and Prevention were analyzed retrospectively. The results after intraperitoneal injection of CO2 sinus bradycardia in 12 cases, ventricular premature beat in 3 cases, atrioventricular separation, 2 cases were in the symptomatic treatment returned to normal. The reason may be related to abdominal rapid inflation, intra-abdominal pressure increase and inhibition of anesthetic agents on cardiovascular related. Conclusion plateau line of CO2 pneumoperitoneum inflated slowly, so that the body of the intra-abdominal pressure increased with an adaptation of compensatory time in order to reduce the incidence of arrhythmia, or if the arrhythmia with timely treatment, can be quickly restored. Methods LC were performed in 316 patients, of whom 17 suffered arrhythmias during CO2 pneumoperitoneum. The possible causes, as well as the prevent or treatment, were retrospectively analyzed.Results Sinus bradycardia occurred in 12 patients after the CO2 was compressed into the abdominal cavity, and premature ventricular systole and atrioventricular dissociation occurred respectively in 3 and 2 ones. All the cardiac arrhythmias return to normal when treated. The reasons might be related to the over  fast abdominal cavity gas filling, the increase in intra  abdominal pressure and the anesthetic  related cardiovascular inhibition.Conclusion It is suggested that LC CO2 pn
