Methods Lewis the whole tumor vaccine in C57 mice four times, including the first immunization Freund’s adjuvant oil containing vaccines, the 4th immunization, while the right armpit of mice inoculated Lewis lung cancer cells, regular observation of mouse tumor conditions and changes in immune status in mice. Detected by flow cytometry using the vaccine group and control group in peripheral blood CD4 T cells in mice, CD8 T cells and CD19 B-cell percentage and CD4/CD8 changes. The results of the vaccine group and control group mice tumor formation rate, time to tumor formation, tumor size was no significant difference; the vaccine group and control group compared to peripheral blood CD4, CD8 T-lymphocyte subsets was no significant difference in the percentage, CD4/CD8 ratio and no significant difference in the vaccine group of the percentage of peripheral blood CD19 B lymphocytes slightly higher, the difference was significant (P = 0.014). Conclusion Lewis tumor can not increase the whole-cell vaccine C57BL / 6 mice T-lymphocyte immune function and can increase its B-lymphocyte immune, but can not make an effective immune protection in mice. When the third vaccine was inoculated, the mice were injected with Lewis lung tumor tissue suspension at right axillary subcutaneously region at the same time. Then tumor formation was observed. The subsets
