Generally believed that market-oriented enterprises to achieve sustainable competitive advantage is the key ways, and can significantly improve organizational performance, many research from an empirical point of view confirms that the enterprise market orientation and business performance between the significant positive correlation. In this paper, based on market oriented marketing resources, customer performance and market performance, the relationship between shareholder value and to in-depth understanding of market-oriented organizational culture to Sustainable Competitive Advantage.
