Results There were 6 stable bands produced by RAPD, according to which the 81 MRSH were classified into 8 genetypes. The A type got 70.37% of all isolates, and 9 of 10 MRSH which were isolated form blood were belong to A type. Conclusions RAPD asssy reveals the special epidemic genotypes of MRSH in hospital, which provides molecular epidemiological evidence for strategies to control MRSH infection.
