Methods The immunohistochemical SP method detected 45 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of MK expression in both microvascular endothelial cell marker CD34 determination of microvessel density (microvessel density, MVD). Results Of the 45 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of MK positive expression rate of 77.8%, MK-positive MVD in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of 40.43 ± 6.27, MK-negative esophageal squamous cell carcinoma MVD to 31.34 ± 3.89, significant difference between the two (P “0.01). Conclusion MK is highly expressed in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and with the formation of blood vessels.
