 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 12 Minitab software Spinosad fermentation conditions optimization [Abstract] the use of Minitab software, using response surface methodology (response surface methods, RSM) of spinosad fermentation conditions were optimized. By Plackeet  Burman design experiments, selected from the culture medium significantly impact factor: glucose, cottonseed flour, corn steep liquor concentration and initial pH, and to identify factors that significantly affect the non-standard; using central composite design, four distinct factors for further optimization, according to the established multi-quadratic equation to determine their optimal level, the best culture conditions (g / L): glucose 68.5, maltose 10, 26.0 cottonseed flour, corn syrup 17.8, beef extract 2.0, sulfuric acid Zinc 0.2, ammonium sulfate 1.5, CaCO3 5; inoculum 10%, the initial pH7.0, shaker speed 220r/min, train 7d. Under these conditions, production of Spinosad 175mg / L, compared with before optimization (120mg / L) increase in production of 45.8%. [Keywords:] spinosad; Minitab software; Response Surface Method (RSM); Optimization ABSTRACT Using response surface methods with the aid of Minitab software, the fermentation materials were investigated and optimized. The significant impact factor of the different fermentation conditions were screened and identified by Plackeet  Burman experimental design. The level of significant factors were further optimized using central composite design. From the resulting of multi  quadratic equation, the optimized levels of influencing factors could be established. The optimized medium was as follows: glucose 68.5 g / L; maltose 10 g / L; cottonseed meal 26.0 g / L; corn steep liquor 17.8 g / L; beef extract 2.0 g / L; zinc sulfate 0.2 g / L; ammonium sulfate 1.5 g / L; CaCO3 5 g / L and the pH adjusted to 7.0. The optimized culture condition: shaker speed 220 r / min ; inoculum size 10% v / v; and cultivated for 7 days. The production titer of
