Group A (38 eyes of 29 patients) was treated by pterygium excision, and then treated with corticosteroid eye drop. Group B (47 eyes of 35 patients) and Group C (45 eyes of 34 patients) were treated by autologus conjunctiva-flap transplantation. Then Group B was treated with corticosteroid eye drop , and Group C was treated with 0.1 mg / ml mitomycin C eye drop plus corticosteroid eye drop.Results According to the follow-up from 6 to 24 months, the recurrence rate was 28.95% in Group A, 8.51% in Group B, and 2.22% in Group C.
