Methods 25 cases of molybdenum target X ray mammography showed nodule or malignant potential of breast structural disorder and clustered calcifications in the mass can not be touched in patients with clinical, surgical biopsy before the 2h in molybdenum target X-ray guidance to fine-guided breast lesion downstream wire positioning, and then descending lesion biopsy under local anesthesia. Results 25 cases were successfully targeted a one-time, surgical success. Pathology showed eight cases of breast cancer, 4 cases of fibroadenoma, breast hyperplasia in 8 cases, 2 cases of intraductal papilloma, chronic inflammation in 1 case, cyst in 1 case, fat necrosis in 1 case. Breast cancer detection rate was 32.0%, diagnostic accuracy was 100%.
