Method of extraction with supercritical CO2 extract of propolis from Monsanto volatile oil, gas chromatography - mass spectrometry analysis of their chemical composition, and use the normalized method to determine percentage content. Results Monsanto propolis essential oil and 44 compounds were identified, accounting for the total distillate chromatographic peak area 93.12%, the highest of the group was divided into linoleic acid content of 23.91%, followed by 12.92% are 26 carbon alkane, again for 29 alkyl carbon 7.44%, palmitic acid 6.65%. Also the relatively high content of 24 alkyl 5.23%, a 4.58% linoleic acid, oleic acid 3.94%, 3.90% ergosterol, 21 alkyl 3.42% and so on. Conclusion supercritical CO2 extraction method is simple, convenient to use less sample, extraction efficiency, satisfactory experimental results. Results44 components from propoils by SFE were separated and identified, representing 93.12% of the total area. The main compounds of volatile oil were 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid 23.91%, Hexacosane 12.92%, Nonacosane 7.44%, Hexadecanoic acid 6.65%, Tetracosane 5.23%, Octadecadienoic acid, methyl ester 4.58% ,9-Octadecenoic acid 3.94%, Ergostero 3.90%, Heneicosane 3.42% etc. Conclusion Supercritical extraction has not been widely used
