 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 18 Modified decoction in treating 30 cases of allergic efficacy of chronic urticaria 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the Modified Decoction allergy clinical effect of treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 60 cases of chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group, 30 cases of oral allergy flavored fried; control group, 30 cases of oral cetirizine hydrochloride. 1 month after statistical efficacy and adverse reactions, two months after the recurrence statistics. Results In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 93.33% in the control group, the total effective rate was 76.67%. The total effective rate difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (Pgt; 0.05); while the cure rate and markedly effective rate were significantly different (P lt;0.05). Treatment after 1 month follow-up, treatment group, 12 patients recovered one cases of patients with relapse, 4 cases of control group patients were cured three cases of recurrence, the difference was significant (P lt;0.05). Treatment group, the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.3% vs 16.7%, no statistically significant difference (Pgt; 0.05). Conclusion flavored fried allergy cetirizine hydrochloride and chronic urticaria have better efficacy, but the former in the cure rate, markedly effective rate, recurrence rate is superior to the latter.
