[Abstract] Objective: To investigate suitable to China’s obsessive-compulsive disorder an effective psychological therapy, and methods: In the application based on the Japanese Morita therapy combined with clinical practice, the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder in the process of treatment principles, such as the implementation process has been improved. 80 cases of obsessive-compulsive disorder patients were treated at the same time using SCL-90, SDS, SAS, and EPQ were assessed before and after treatment. Results: The average course of treatment 64.3 ± 19.7 days, cured 32 cases, significantly improved in 28 cases, improvement in 12 cases, 8 cases, significantly improved the rate of 75%; Scale test search results showed that after treatment in patients with mental health significantly improved, a number of personality features to improve. Whether compulsive behavior in patients with no significant effect on efficacy. Conclusion: The improved in-patient treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder Morita therapy is an effective psychological therapy.

[Abstract] Objective: To determine an effective psychotherapy for patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in China. Methods: The principles and procedures of Japanese Morita therapy were modified based on the clinical practice. A total of 80 treatment-resistant inpatients with OCD were treated with the modified Morita therapy. SCL-90, SDS, SAS and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire were assessed before and after the treatment. Results: The mean period of treatment was 64.3 ± 19.7 days.
