Conclusions can be used ion-exchange resin, acid-alcohol extract of Leonurus purified. ResultsTotal alkaloid content was varied from one method to another; the total alkaloid content that obtained by cation  exchange resin was higher than the others. ConclusionCation  exchange resin is the best purification method of Herba Leonuri’s acidic alcohol-extract .
