[Abstract] Objective To explore a simple mouse macrophage yeast experiments Improvement Act. Methods macrophage phagocytosis of chicken red blood cells and macrophages based on yeast experiments, a new experimental method swallowed. 10min swallowed experimental group the percentage of 57% of the results of swallowing, eating 20min percentage of 86% of the results of swallowing, eating the results of 30min phagocytic percentage 63%. Conclusion The results showed that mouse macrophage phagocytic percentage of yeast 20min up to 86%, indicating the improved method is simple and effective.

[Abstract] Objective Discusses one kind of simple macrophage to swallow the saccharomycetes method. Methods Swallows the chicken red blood cell by the macrophage and the macrophage swallows the saccharomycetes in the foundation newly to establish one kind to swallow experimental method. Results Experimental group, the phagocyte swallows saccharomycetes 10 minutes after to swallow the percentage to be possible to reach as high as 57%. The phagocyte swallows saccharomycetes 20 minutes after to swallow the percentage to be possible to reach as high as 86%. The phagocyte swallows saccharomycetes 30 minutes after to swallow the percentage to be possible to reach as high as 63%. Conclusion The result showed the mice macrophage swallows saccharomycetes 20 minutes after to swallow the percentage to be possible to reach as high as 86%, simply explains this kind of improvement method but to be effective.
