Monocyte chemoattractant protein1 and high sensitive C-reactive protein in type 2 diabetic patients and its clinical significance

PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 11 Monocyte chemoattractant protein1 and high sensitive C-reactive protein in type 2 diabetic patients and its clinical significance Of: Ye Jia Zhang Dongmei Liu Qingxin Cuiwen Peng Miao Xu Shengchun Hsu Chung-ho in the Ning Zhao Jiguang [Abstract] Objective To observe monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 (MCP 1) and high sensitive C-reactive protein (hsCRP) in type 2 diabetic nephropathy (DN) patients and to evaluate its clinical significance. Methods included in the study of 63 cases patients with type 2 DN 24-hour urinary protein by urinary protein into normal group, DN group early (DN3) and clinical DN group (DN4). which urinary protein albumin in urine by normal urine albumin is divided into normal group (DN1) and increased urinary albumin group (DN2), and in healthy subjects as control group (NC). determine and MCP 1 were observed in urine and blood hsCRP. Results DN4 urinary MCP 1 / urine creatinine (Ucr) and blood hsCRP were (894.37 + -57.53) ng / g and (13.50 + -1.80) mg / L, higher than the DN3 group (597.63 + -41.62) ng / g and (8.20 + -1.10 ) mg / L (P lt;0.05). NC group, DN1 DN2 group group and the ratio of urinary MCP 1/Ucr were (81.16 + -7.98) ng / g, (102.70 + -10.41) ng / g and (286.71 + -10.83) ng / g, pairwise comparisons were significantly (P lt;0.05). NC group, DN1 DN2 group, blood group and hsCRP were (2.30 + -0.30), (4.80 + -0.50) and (6.30 + -0.60) mg / L, between two statistically significant difference (P lt;0.05). Conclusion Type 2 DN patients with urinary MCP 1 and blood hsCRP levels were increased, even in patients with normal urinary albumin has been significantly higher sensitivity than urine albumin and both high and expected to be a predictor of early DN. [Keywords:] diabetic nephropathy; monocyte chemoattractant protein-1; high-sensitivity C-reactive protein Recent studies have shown that diabetes is a low degree of natural immunity and inflammatory disease, inflammatory mediators can lead to diab
