Methods Modified B-Lynch suture in treating 48 cases of cesarean section bleeding uterine atony as the study group, 30 cases of cesarean section were randomly selected in case of bleeding caused by uterine inertia as the control group (using the bleeding site, “8” suture, bilateral uterine artery ligation, uterine packing gauze treatment and other methods), in operation time, postpartum hemorrhage, puerperal morbidity, and treatment and so the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.
