 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 15 Modified B-Lynch suture treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in 68 Cases [Abstract] Objective To observe the modified B-Lynch suture in the treatment of clinical postpartum blood. Methods in our hospital from January 2006 to December 2009 cesarean uterine inertia occurred in 98 cases of bleeding in patients , 68 patients were randomly divided into study group, the implementation of the modified B-Lynch suture for treatment, control group of 30 patients treated by conventional methods were observed operating time, blood loss, postoperative complications and other clinical results . Results The study group treatment efficiency, operation time, blood loss, such as puerperal morbidity compared with the control group significantly (P lt;0.05). No case of hysterectomy, the clinical results were satisfactory. Conclusion The modified B- Lynch suture for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage, is simple, safe, rapid bleeding and preserve the reproductive function, the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in an effective manner.
