Methods 40 patients presenting with cholelithiasis by B-ultrasound, CT and MRCP were reviewed. Pathologic examination in operation was compared with the diagnosis of B-ultrasound, CT and MRCP. Results For diagnosing gallbladder stones, B-ultrasound and CT were higher than in MRCP. For diagnosing of stones in bile duct, the result of MRCP was better than B-ultrasound and CT (P lt;0.05). Conclusions MRCP accompanied with B -ultrasound and CT may be more reliable on the diagnosis of gallbladder stones. MRCP is the best and the most liable method on the diagnosis of stones in bile duct.
