Multi-index orthogonal experimental method developed 9 mei Notopterygium β-cyclodextrin inclusion volatile oil
【Abstract】 Objective To increase the flavor Notopterygium 9 Volatile oil particle stability and the development of nine taste Notopterygium other solid dosage forms, while the volatile oil in nine taste Notopterygium β the optimum cyclodextrin studied. Approach taken by L9 (34) orthogonal to inclusion rate, yield and oil content as an indicator to screen out the package saturated aqueous solution the optimum conditions for the legitimate and used thin-layer chromatography and micro-imaging method validation Inclusion complex formation. Results The optimum inclusion conditions: β cyclodextrin and oil ratio of 8:1, β cyclodextrin and water, the ratio of 1:15, inclusion temperature of 35 ℃, stirring time of 2 h. Conclusion inclusion method is simple and easy to control, derived from a higher rate of inclusion complex inclusion.

Study on Preparing Inclusion Compound of β-cyclodextrin with Volatile Oil of Jiuweiqianghuo by Orthogonal Test with Multi-indexes
Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the optimum inclusion process condition for oil in order to increase the stability of volatile oil in Jiuweiqianghuo particle and prepare other solid dosage forms.MethodsIn saturated water solution method, the optimum preparation condition was studied by orthogonal test with encapsulation rate, yield rate and oil-containing rate as the index of evaluation.The quality of inclusion compound was checked by TLC and micro-imaging method.ResultsThe optimum inclusion process condition was as follows: the proportion of β-cyclodextrin to oil is 8:1 (g : ml), the proportion of β-cyclodextrin to water (g: ml) is 1:15, inclusion temperature at 35 ℃ and inclusion for 2 hours.ConclusionThe inclusion condition is easily controlled.The encapsulation rate of the
