Methods 55 cases selected MPP hospitalized children, according to symptoms and signs for TCM syndrome, serum levels of IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-17 levels, and 33 normal comparison group of children. Results MPP in 55 cases, wind-heat closed the lung in 25 cases, three cases of the lung closed phlegm, phlegm retention syndrome in 11 cases, 16 cases of spleen sputum Yun card. MPP serum IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-17 were higher than normal group of children , IL-4, IL-17 increased significantly (all P lt;0.01), IFN-γ increase was not significant. Phlegm closed the lung in serum IFN-γ, IL-4 were higher than the other 3 groups ( P lt;0.01); spleen Yun card sputum IL-4 than the other 3 groups (P lt;0.01); IL-17 content differences between the various syndromes were not significant. Conclusion Syndrome children MPP cells associated with the TH sex, for treatment of different syndromes provide a more objective staging of immunological indicators. Method Fifty-five cases of MPP hospitalized children , detemined TCM syndrome differentiation according to symptoms and signs, were detected serum levels of IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-17, with 33 normal children as normal control group. Results In 55 cases, there were 25 cases of the wind- heat blocking the lung syndrome, 3 cases of the phlegm-heat blocking the lung syndrome, 11 cases of the binding of phlegm and blo
