Music systematic desensitization treatment of fear of Effect of exchange students
[Abstract] Objective To study the music systems and desensitization of the exchange students to eliminate or mitigate the effectiveness and feasibility of fear, fear for the effective intervention of university students to provide methodological information on the exchange. Methods 24 high school students in the exchange of fear were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group of 12 members of the music, systematic desensitization; experiments were measured before and after the exchange of fear of self-report scale (PRCA-24), speech are confident that self-rating scale (PRCS), fear of negative evaluation scale (FNE) and the Shyness Scale (Shyness Scale), as well as experimental before and after the experimental group and control group to compare the results of the assessment; use of subjective assessment of self-compiled questionnaire test experimental group members of the music, systematic desensitization satisfaction. Results Music systematic desensitization, the experimental group members, in addition FNE Scale average score was no significant difference before and after experiment, the remaining measure the differences were statistically significant (P amp;lt;0.05), music, systematic desensitization was satisfied with self-evaluation trend. Conclusion Music systematic desensitization right to eliminate or mitigate the exchange of university students fear is valid and feasible.
