Renal histological activity index improved effect of MMF better than cyclophosphamide (P lt;0.05), and infection, white blood cells reduce the incidence of amenorrhea, mycophenolate mofetil lower than the chance of cyclophosphamide (P lt;0.05). Conclusion The improvement of mycophenolate mofetil in renal histologic activity index and the less the safety of cyclophosphamide is superior.
