Methods: Oxidative damage model were induced by H2O2, the leakage level of lactidehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK), the content level of methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA), the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured in medium to observe the effects of the Terminalia chebula extract serum on myocardial cells injury in cultured rats induced by Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Results: Compared with the model control, the content of LDH, CK, MDA decreased significantly (P lt;0.05, P lt;0.01 and the activity of SOD increased significantly (P lt;0.01.
