Methods 61 patients selected patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, infection control in both groups to be active, continuous low-flow oxygen (oxygen concentration of 30% to 40%, oxygen flow rate of 1 ~ 3L/min, nasal catheter oxygen method), spasm and asthma, relieving cough and phlegm, maintain airway patency, maintaining acid-base, water, electrolyte balance, nutritional support, comprehensive treatment. On this basis, the treatment group was added naloxone injection (0.4mg / branch), the first loading dose 0.8mg in 20ml normal saline intravenous injection, after naloxone injection, 2mg in 60ml normal saline day 2 times, using micro-pump 24h continuous intravenous pump qd for 3 days. Results After treatment, the treatment group was significantly higher than the total effective rate (P lt;0.05); arterial blood gas analysis indicators: arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2) were significantly higher (P lt;0.05), arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure ( PaCO2) was significantly lower than the control group (P lt;0.05); the course of treatment without adverse reactions. Conclusion Naloxone treatment of type Ⅱ respiratory failure, the clinical curative effect of pulmonary encephalopathy and safe.
