Methods Mycoplasma culture, drug susceptibility integration kit, for 718 cases of mycoplasma infection of the nine kinds of antibiotics in vitro susceptibility test results for statistical analysis. The results were found in 599 Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu), accounting for 83.43%; 8 Mycoplasma hominis (Mh), accounting for 1.11%; 111 two kinds of mixed infection of Mycoplasma, accounting for 15.46%; right Uu sensitive to the highest rate of antibiotic minocycline, followed by doxycycline; mixed infection also showed a similar trend. Conclusion Minocycline can be used as the treatment of mycoplasma infection in the preferred antibiotic, doxycycline can be used as second choice of antibiotics. Methods Mycoplasma culture and drug susceptibility test were carried out using one complex mycoplasma kit.The drug susceptibility of mycoplasma to 9 antibiotics was determined in samples from 718 cases of urogenital tract infection. Results Uu infection was found in 599 cases, Mh infection in 8 cases and mixed infection in 111 cases.Mycoplasma had the highest susceptibility to minocycline and clarithromycin.The drug resistance rate shows the same trend to mixed infection of Uu and Mh. Conclusion Minocycline is of the first choice for treatment of infection by Mycoplasma.
