Methods: The control group received naloxone 2 mg a day one time intravenously qd for 1 week, the treatment group in the control group based on the application of traditional Chinese medicine decoction daily drinking a halo only qd for 1 week. Results: The treatment group 54 cases, with a total effective rate was 90.7% in the control group of 50 patients, the total efficiency of 68.0%, were significantly different (P lt;0.05). Conclusions: Naloxone treatment of vertebral drink with only faint  basilar artery insufficiency caused by dizziness than single naloxone effect is good.
