A clinical data 1.1 General Information 56 cases are a one-time change of consciousness caused by excessive drinking of ethanol poisoning, 43 males and 13 females; aged 15 to 57 years, all patients had a clear history of excessive alcohol abuse, alcohol consumption 100 ~ 1000ml, there to the hospital drunk to the shortest 20min, up to 6h. According to the clinical manifestations of acute alcohol intoxication stages [1] is divided into an exciting period in 10 cases, ataxia period of 25 cases, drowsiness period of 21 cases. No special past medical history, and the exclusion of other neurological, mental illness. All patients were accompanied by varying degrees of vomiting, abdominal pain and other symptoms, breathing, vomit contains alcohol odor. 1.2 Treatment of all patients to the hospital clinic immediately after the establishment of intravenous fluid infusion channel, while giving naloxone treatment: an exciting period intramuscular injection of naloxone 0.4mg; ataxia period 0.4mg intramuscular injection of naloxone, while intravenous injection of naloxone 0.4mg ; sleeping period plus intravenous injection of naloxone 0.4mg, while naloxone 0.8mg plus 5% glucose 250ml intravenous drip. 1h yet to clear the condition of patients who re-use of naloxone 0.4 ~ 0.8mg until sober. Conventional intravenous infusion cimetidine 0.4g, frequent vomiting and those who I metoclopramide 10mg intramuscular injection and other symptomatic treatment. 1.
