Methods clinically diagnosed patients with dentin hypersensitivity 122 cases of teeth 238 teeth were randomly divided into three treatment groups, divided immediately, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year effects were observed. A Group: Desensitization of calcium fluoride laser, B group: laser plus NaF glycerol desensitization therapy, C: Laser desensitization therapy. The results were no immediate effect of three significant differences (Pgt; 0.05), with longer observation time, 3 groups were decreased efficiency effect, in which group A after 6 months in group C significant differences occurred (P = 0.018), at 1 year after A group B, C group was significantly different (PA, B = 0.025; PA, C = 0.007). Conclusion three methods have good the immediate effect. which calcium fluoride laser optimal long-term effect.
