[Abstract] Objective To establish a rapid and efficient HPLC method for determination of chlorpyrifos. Methods Near Infrared Spectroscopy, near infrared spectroscopy the detection range 12 500 ~ 4 000 cm-1, resolution 4 cm-1, 64 times the number of scans . Results of partial least squares regression in 6 447 ~ 5 448 cm-1 range for analysis, testing the concentration range of 10 ~ 125 ng / ml,, predicted a correlation coefficient of 99.59%, root mean square error of prediction 2.29. Conclusion Near infrared spectroscopy can be used for pesticide residue analysis of chlorpyrifos.

If this is the groundwater used for drinking, it is necessary to monitor the concentration of chlorpyrifos.
