Conclusion: Tricks of Ellipse Center branch of the aortic arch can be clearly shown to take shape and the cavity of vascular stenosis, provide clinicians with accurate diagnosis and treatment based on positioning. Methods Thirty-six patients were evaluated with EC Tricks techniques by using GE signa HD 1.5T scanner. Aortic arch branch vessels were reconstructed with MPR and MIP techniques. Results The blood vessels of arch branch were successfully demonstrated in 35 cases, one case failed. EC Tricks revealed right subclavian artery stenosis in 5, left subclavian artery stenosis in 2, left vertebral artery stenosis in 3, right vertebral artery stenosis in 3 , left common carotid ar
