Inclusion criteria: clinical diagnosis of respiratory insufficiency [2], and exclusion of foreign body airway obstruction and degrees throat. the common clinical manifestations: respiratory rategt; = 60 beats / min, respiratory movements increased, the depth increases, absorption gas and three depressions, accessory muscle movement, breath, irritability, coughing, weakness, lips cyanosis, pale, heart rate, conscious indifference, FiO20.6 when PaO2 10.6kPa (80mmHg), PaCO2 9.33kPa (70mmHg), SaO2 80%. in the regular oxygen nasal can
