Methods 68 cases of nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 34 cases, the treatment group in the control group was added based on the therapy Yishenhuoxue medicine. Measured before and after treatment of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and serum lipid peroxide (LPO) content changes, respectively, and 30 healthy children for comparison. Results nephropathy was significantly lower than healthy children, children with SOD group (P lt;0.01), while the LPO was significantly higher than healthy children group (P lt;0.01). Treatment for 4 weeks after the treatment group, SOD levels were significantly elevated (P lt;0.01), LPO decreased significantly, compared with the control group, significant difference (P lt;0.01). Conclusion Yishenhuoxue drugs against oxidative damage, the fight against kidney disease have a certain clinical significance.
