Ningxia the root of Sophora alopecuroides HPLC fingerprint of [Abstract] Objective To establish the root of Sophora alopecuroides Ningxia fingerprint analysis. Methods using high performance liquid chromatography with ZORBAX SB-C18 (250 mm * 6 mm, 5 μ m) for the column; mobile phase of acetonitrile: 0.1% H3PO4 0.1% (C2H5) 3N, gradient elution; flow rate of 1.0 ml * min -1; detection wavelength 215 nm; column temperature was 30 ℃ . The results obtained with the gradient elution chromatogram of separation of chromatographic peaks is better to fingerprint requirement. Conclusion In order to better control the inherent quality of Sophora alopecuroides Ningxia provide a reliable analysis method. ZORBAX SB-C18 column was used; the mobile phase was composed of CH3CN, 0.1% H3PO4 and 0.1% (C2H5) 3N with gradient elution; flow rate was 1.0 ml * min-1; the detection wavelength was 215 nm; the column temperature was 30 ℃ . Results HPLC fingerprint of Sophora alopecuroides L. was obtained. Conclusion A reliable method is provided for the quality conorol of Sophora alopecuroides L. Efficacy is the main ingredient of Sophora alkaloid, pharmacological studies have shown that alkaloids of Sophora alopecuroides has significant anti-tumor, anti-arrhythmia, anti-bacterial, strengthen resistance and immunity, anti-inflammation and anti-hepatitis B abnormal, elevated white blood cell and other pharmacological effect [2]. Clinical for the treatment of dysentery, eczema, stubborn psoriasis, trichomoniasis
