After the nodule diameter of 6.2 ± 1.6 (3.9 ~ 9.3) mm, vertical diameter of 3.8 ± 0.4 (3.2 ~ 4.4) mm. Pre-scalene Central W 15.9 ± 1.4 (13.2 ~ 17.9) mm, thickness 12.2 ± 1.0 (10.6 ~ 13.6) mm. Phrenic nerve width diameter 1.9 ± 0.2 (1.5 ~ 2.3) mm, thickness diameter of 0.8 ± 0.1 (0.5 ~ 1.0) mm. Cervical sympathetic trunk width diameter 1.5 ± 0.4 (1.0 ~ 2.4) mm, thickness diameter of 0.8 ± 0.1 (0.5 ~ 1.0) mm. Vertebral artery diameter of 3.1 ± 0.7 (2.0 ~ 4.4) mm. Dorsal scapular nerve width and 1.6 ± 0.5 (1.3 ~ 2.5) mm, thickness and radius 0.8 ± 0.1 (0.6 ~ 1.1) mm. Suprascapular nerve width and 1.9 ± 0.4 (1.4 ~ 2.9) mm, thickness and radius 1.3 ± 0.5 (0.5 ~ 2.1) mm. Conclusions 5,6 cervical transverse process is too lordosis, can affect the adjacent blood vessels, nerves known as the first cervical vertebra transverse process syndrome 5,6.
