The cells were cultured ovarian granulosa cells using cadmium chloride, modeling, adding Ning Xin-Hong Qi-containing serum collected after 24 h together granular cells by flow cytometry to observe the apoptosis and the use of ELISA to detect caspases - 3 protein expression. Results Flow cytometry showed that Ning Xin-Hong Qi can significantly improve the drug-containing serum cadmium chloride induced apoptosis of granulosa cells, apoptosis peak was significantly lower than the model; containing serum group was significantly lower expression of caspases-3, and Model There were significant group differences (P amp;lt;0.01). Conclusion Ning Xin-Hong Qi can reduce the expression of caspases-3 protein to improve the apoptosis of granulosa cells, slow down aging ovaries.
