 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 13 Non-muscle invasive bladder cancer recurrence-related factors [Abstract] [Objective] To investigate the impact of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer recurrence-related factors and its treatment. [Method] in our hospital in January 2003 to December 2008 161 patients with non-myometrial invasion urothelial bladder cancer clinical follow-up data, all cases of bladder tumor transurethral resection, the recurrence rate, according to analysis of recurrence-related factors. [Results] 161 cases, 45 cases of recurrence, overall recurrence after surgery rate of 27.95%. tumor grade was G2, G3 level were high recurrence rate than patients with grade G1; tumor stage was T1 in patients with high recurrence rate in patients compared with Ta; tumors than in patients with multiple high recurrence rate in patients with single tumors; recurrence cancer patients than in patients with early tumor recurrence rate (P lt;0.05). tumor size, location and growth of different drugs after perfusion with no significant correlation with tumor recurrence (Pgt; 0.05). [Conclusion] The tumor grade, stage, multiple and recurrent tumor is of previous non-muscle invasive bladder cancer recurrence important factor. [Methods] Integrity parameter data were collected from 161 patients with non muscle-invasive bladder cancer in our hospital. They were followed up and the analysis of recurrence rate was performed. [Results] Forty-five of these 161 patients had tumor recurrence, the total recurrence rate was 27.95%.
