Methods A retrospective review and analysis of 112 cases of lumbar disc herniation in patients with non-surgical treatment to take care of a variety of ways, including psychological, pain, posture, traction, physiotherapy, massage and treatment of partial closure of patient care, disease, rehabilitation impact. Results 112 patients were cured in 95 cases, improvement in 11 cases, 6 cases, efficiency 94.6%. Conclusion of the lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in patients with a reasonable implementation of individualized care, can significantly improve the patient’s symptoms, reduce pain, improve patient quality of life, to prevent and cure lumbar disc herniation rebound purposes.
