Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into myocardial ischemia-reperfusion group (IR group ) and diabetes myocardial ischemia-reperfusion group (DMIR group). were taken in each group left ventricular two-dimensional protein gel electrophoresis and stained with ImageMaster 2D Platinum software available to analyze protein profiles, looking for differences in protein spots. Results: Two-dimensional electrophoresis showed that, IR group myocardial protein two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis compared with DMIR significant difference in total 29 points, in which expression increased 6 points, 6 were down, 17 does not match the expression. Conclusion: IR group DMIR rats with myocardial two-dimensional electrophoresis showed that protein expression patterns were significantly different, but the difference in protein which protein, which functions from the MS data for further analysis.
