Of 26 patients with 34 open-angle glaucoma patients with non-penetrating trabeculectomy with T-FLUX implantation applied 5-FU. In the shallow scleral flap, the removal of layer sclera, Schlemm’s tube outer wall, near tube trabeculectomy, 5-FU cotton bandage placed on the scleral bed 5min, 20ml saline flush, implanted T-FLUX. Before surgery, 1,7,15 days, 1,3,6,12 months, check every 3 months later visual acuity, intraocular pressure, slit lamp, fundus, vision and other inspection, follow-up 3 to 12 months, The average (5.26 ± 4.81) months. Results The mean preoperative intraocular pressure (32.36 ± 12.37) mmHg (1mmHg = 0.133kPa), last follow-up intraocular pressure (13.45 ± 3.28) mmHg, there were not postoperative shallow anterior chamber, complications such as inflammatory response. Conclusion of non-penetrating trabeculectomy with T-FLUX implantation applied 5-FU is the treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma safe and effective method.
